We booked a Compact Elite sedan (Mercedes-Benz A-Class or similar) but were given a Citroën C5 Aircross SUV upon arrival. When I pointed out this was not the same category, the staff insisted it was an “upgrade” — which is absolutely ridiculous.

The employee was rude, laughed at me, and said: “It’s this or nothing.”
This is completely unprofessional service with zero respect for the customer.

Now we’re stuck with a car we didn’t want. No apology, no solution, no accountability.
Avoid this company if you expect to be treated seriously.

Best rental car experience ever.
I have rented cars from all the major companies all over the world, and have never had a better experience than with Movyng.
Such friendly and helpful staff, a pre pick up phone call to make sure we were all ok with pickup details, a welcome pack with free water and tasty cookies on pickup.

Read lots of horrendous stories about renting cars in Lisbon. Movyng couldn’t have been any better - good value for money, great customer service & no issues with upselling etc. Only slight downside - booked through DiscoverCars which said they’d meet n greet at airport but had to call them & then they sent a minibus. Other than that though they were fantastic!
