I've been really impressed with the customer service of Mowd along with their product. Being a novice in garden care, their website and you tube videos have been perfect to follow. I ordered the feels like summer fertilizer. I can see a difference in the lawn after just a couple of weeks. So much so I decided to do the monthly subscription. This has taken the headache out of what to do. Because the items are weighed to the quantity needed,I've no waste or extra to store. The online help for my beginners questions has been prompt,thorough and friendly.
I'm excited to see the continued results . I'd highly recommend based on my experience so far.

Good communications regarding availability and delivery

Mowd made available on YouTube an excellent 90min lawn renovation webinar which was the most comprehensive lawn care tutorial I’ve ever seen! Off the back of watching that I ordered grass seed and pre-seed fertiliser from their website. The site has a calculator to send the correct amounts, all you need to know is the square meterage of your lawn. Super easy and they even offered money off via a promo code supplied in the webinar. The seed and fertiliser arrived promptly with instructions on how to apply it to your lawn. Just waiting for the all important soil temps to rise to see whether the seed and fertiliser breaths new life into my lawn.

As usual we received just what we needed. I waited a few days for ideal conditions ( ie prior to rain) before applying. The lawn is looking much better a couple of weeks post treatment.

Not only is the customer care 5⭐️ but so are the products, I’ve had questions answered in a Sunday afternoon, Wednesday evening as well as normal business hours. Subscribe to one of their plans - you won’t be disappointed.

Having been disappointed with the service I received in trying to get information from the office. I would like to say how pleased I am with the quality of the feed which has been provided. I have now used the summer feed and the results are excellent, my front law is beautiful.

Support chat was useful. I had been spending a chunk on a lawn care service and figured i'd have a go myself to save some money. Chatted to the live chat on the website to help me choose the right package and they even helped to reduce the price by helping me get the right lawn size on their site. I've not had my first treatment yet (so can't comment on the products yet), but excited to see how I get on with looking after my own lawn.

So simple!! Lawn treatment arrived really quickly and was easy to apply. Saw a difference in the lawn within a few weeks and had questions from my neighbours asking why my lawn looked so much better that theirs.

Professional, patient, unsure what I needed so living local to the company Rich came out and talked me through everything and looked at how I could improve my lawn. The products he sourced for me, developed by MOWD worked they really worked. I have recommended MOWD to all my friends and family. RICH also does weekly updates released on YouTube I wait in anticipation for my weekly fix. ❤️❤️❤️❤️.

I’ve tried the usual stuff from garden centres to make my lawn look better but when Rich explained the big difference between those products and his, it got me interested so I gave Mowd a go with the autumn dressing. Within a week my lawn looked very different and with Rich on hand for advice I’m so impressed with the results a month on. The grass is thicker and greener and I’m happy I’ve signed up. Having the exact amount I need sent when I need it is brilliant. Can’t recommend enough
