Moxi lolly worth the wait
My zoom consult was super helpful before picking out the skates I wanted. I was able to put 2 different emails for the notifications when the skates were available and was able to check out quickly. I would have preferred text notifications vs email, but in the end it all worked out. The skates are beautiful and worth the wait. They felt good right out of the box. Moxi Lolly was a great choice!

Package arrived earlier than expected!
Package arrived earlier than expected so I’m very happy about that! Everything is as shown on the website and fits fine, although the pads and the packaging they came in smelled really bad when I first opened it. Almost fishy? Once they were aired out they don’t smell anymore. Overall a good experience!

I had a great experience with Moxi! My emails were answered so quickly and provided helpful information! They were also so, so kind about me needing to return due to a wrong size. My tiniest issue was it’s difficult to get exchanges, but I completely understand due to their demand. I was able to order a new pair in my correct size and I received them so quickly. Super fast shipping and I stick items make this a plus
Items where in stock and arrived very quickly! My only complaint is that in this day and age I have come to expect free shipping and this was far from free bit alas it was in stock so I took the hit.

The exchange process was quick and easy!
The customer service is great and the exchange I had to make went super smoothly. The only problem was that I used the size chart and used all possible measurements to find my size for my skates. I bought the size 6 skates, but exchanged them for a pair of size 8 skates when the 6s were too small. I have wide feet in some shoes, so this was not super surprising, but the process was smooth and fairly quick! If you have a similar situation, getting one or two skate sizes larger helped a lot!

Loved my skates, but questionable shipping/delivery
I loved my skates, but one order since is running very late on delivery. Another order's email said an item had been shipped, but then I received a subsequent email saying the item was no longer in stock(?). I love my skates, but will be hesitant to order future items.
