Sorry customer service

Customer service is the worst ever. 4 times I tried to get status on my order, no one gets back to me. I want to cancel my order. I will never ever order anything from this company again. I should've given a zero star.

Absolutely appalling service from Moxycarts.com

Absolutely appalling service. Avoid at all costs! The goods are very low quality and the company overcharged. They assure you that you will get a refund if you are not satisfied but they fail to communicate.

Raising A Red Flag

I ordered two ‘drain-strainer plugs’ From Moxycarts (the company is actually registered as ‘Commerce Core UAB’ based in Lithuania, not the USA, as claimed. RED FLAG ALERT ) .
I opted to pay for the order via my ‘PayPal balance’ and went through a typical checkout process.
After authorising payment in PP I was redirected back to the ‘MOXYCARTS’ webpage and was instructed to ‘confirm the payment’ .
I assumed this would complete the transaction.However, there followed dozens of successive offers etc; all of which I declined.
Eventually, l managed to escape the maze and complete the transaction.
I was thanked for my order and sent a confirmation email: basically an invoice / breakdown of my order containing the following ‘summary’:

2 x Drain Strainer + Warranty £33.96
2 x Drain Strainer £21.98
Shipping & Handling £4.99
Original Price £171.84
Total Savings -£115.90
Order Total £60

Instead of the expected charge of £21.98 (which was supposed to include the promotional discount and free p&p) I was billed for an additional 2 strainers Inc warranty, that I definitely didn’t order, and a further £4.99 shipping totaling £60.00.
I immediately contacted their Customer Services, threatening to open an official PayPal case, contact Trading Standards and post negative reviews with TrustPilot etc unless I was refunded for the unauthorised ‘extras’.
’ They responded with the usual delaying tactics etc and after the usual tit for tat exchanges I opened a PayPal case.
I’m still waiting for delivery and I guess all I can do now is anxiously await the outcome.
I’ve since discovered ‘Moxycarts’ is a relatively new venture and these might just be ‘teething problems’ but there’s lots of people who have fallen foul of this ‘company.
If my review doesn’t deter and you decide to proceed with ordering goods from this company I advise:

‘caution, caution, above all…caution!’

I appreciate that I should have done more research as, unfortunately, this type of ‘activity’ is becoming all too common these days. You live and learn, I suppose, but it can prove an expensive and demoralising process.
