I'm not a tech guy but I knew how to update my business on Google and Facebook. Learning that there were so many more was a bit overwhelming. Not something everyone thinks of when opening a business with everything else going on. Luckily, I came across Moz when trying to check my online presence and after some research I went with Moz local. It has been very easy to use and I love the fact that I can schedule posts with their calendar.
There are a ton of other features I'm still checking out and plan to use as well. Overall I'm very happy with the experience so far.

Moz Local is a useless tool that does not perform the functions it advertises. Moz Pro is no longer the leader of the SEO and has been surpassed by Semrush, a far superior platform and strategy.

Incredible customer service. Moz is also excellent marketing software. A lot of features with powerful capabilities.

I resent that Moz has cut off all phone contact with its customers/prospects. The company is on autopilot and hides behind a wall of info on their website that is difficult for small business owners to comprehend. In my case, as soon as I renewed by plan on 4/20/24, my business tanked. No calls, no emails. This is highly unusual. Something is very wrong. But try to get help from Moz. It takes 2 days for them to respond by email, and even then, the email is full of incomprehensible jargon. THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR ME!!!!!! If you want a new profit center, Moz, then charge people for a problem-solving phone conversation with an SEO expert. I would gladly pay.

Great course for getting you started with keywords, link building and reporting, really practical format

The link to cancel my free trial subscription is not functioning properly. I have also sent an email requesting Moz to cancel my subscription manually, but have not received a response. Meanwhile, they have been attempting to direct debit from the credit card account I provided them with every day, even though I have been unable to cancel my subscription due to the broken link and lack of response to my emails.

I liked how knowledgeable Aneta, Customer Support Engineer was and how dedicated Eli Myers was, Senior Customer Support Engineer. They understood my issue thoroughly, and the issue I experienced was profound. It demanded a comprehensive understanding. They were also very compassionate and understanding. I felt like I was being heard and understood, not like I was talking to some type of robot or machine. I really thought that Moz would give up on me because of how complex my issue was. I had such an experience before; another really "professional" company just gave up on me because they could not resolve the issue. But, Aneta and Eli Myers just continued tackling the issue persistently and confidently, yet with a sense of compassion! Even though I was on a "free trial"!!! This makes me confident about this company and how they treat their clients! I would recommend this company. They are there for the long haul to make real long-term clients, not for the short term, just to make a profit.

I took out a trial subscription to explore the functions. They were fine but didn't include a particular thing I was looking for. A month went by, I thought I had cancelled but didn't and so a charge went through. I emailed them to explain, they immediately understood and refunded the charge. I'm no expert on their technology but their service and business ethics are great.

The Moz Technical SEO Certification provides a good foundation for SEO practicioners. The content was organized, well presented and digestible for those with a limited understanding.

I felt that the assigned tasks could have been more fully developed. They assume that the user has the knowledge and access to tools necessary to complete the tasks. Also the content seems slightly dated.

I used the free trial then realized I didn’t need the service. I forgot to cancel the trial and got pushed into a paid subscription. I reached out to the MOZ team and they were very responsive, very understanding and refunded me promptly which (unfortunately) in this day and age doesn’t always happen. Great look for the MOZ team, they do absolutely care about their customers.
