A deliberately confusing cancelation…
A deliberately confusing cancelation page clearly designed to make people think they have canceled when in fact there is another (total unnecessary and tiny... right at the bottom on the page step)....was charged after a free trail period. Contacted them in seconds of seeing the payment go out....but they refused to do anything about it. The sooner we have some sort of subscription cancelation legislation the better; so these scum bags can't get away with it.
