They could not process my credit card either. I'm not going to buy bitcoin or a "PIN" to try and buy their music. Hopefully this is a temporary thing that they will fix. Until then it's BS.

A great concept, but I was unable to purchase anything because my "payment failed." I had the same problem as the other low review. After reading theirs I decided not to bother. There are too many steps where something could go wrong. If they fixed their problems with payment then they'd have a pretty good gig set up.

Ignore the low review. I added $$$ to my account with a visa with no issue. Also used paypal once. And on top of that bitcoin is a universal currency (Not Russian). Sorry but I feel like that person had just crawled out from under a rock... I would and have suggested this site to ALL of my friends!

The overall reliability is good; however, my 'Poor" rating has come from the following:
(1) "adding money" is impossible - - - one evening I tried to refill my account and all credit cards where rejected. Upon sending 3 emails, I was given a redirection to "pincodereseller.com". Upon going there, the site was to difficult to wrap my head around.
What is a "pincode" for? The site was laborious and filled with great advertising - - - and, apparently, it was a way for mp3 to subcontract collections out .
So, that's like going shopping and having to walk across the street to pincodeseller.com to put money into their account so you can go back across the street to pay for the goods you bought. Again, the site was to complex,
(2) Why offer bitcoin. Is this a Russian Mafia operation? I've no idea

After going through several gyrations with "Alex" with various options, I just gave up. Why should individuals who are wanting to purchase something now required to go through another complex step to spend money?
So, if you want to shop, then make certain you deposit in another place, in order to buy, go for it. All these "layers" are just to taxing - - - I've sworn them off. there is a point that, regardless of the great deal, such laborious activity, in order to buy, send a message - - - just walk away.

It should also be noted, I spent 1 hour on the phone with APPLE to make this system interface with my ipod. Apple was a bit shocked. Thank God they figured it out - - - so, again, laborious activity.

Great concept, good sound - - - but overall situation has left me ambivalent, skeptical, concerned with my credit card data given to a stranger "across the street", and feeling it is time to just gather and go.

Also, there is no person to talk to . . . not at these prices. So, customer service is not at all helpful.

Great music, at a great price and the customer service level is fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble and their response is within hours, not days. I would highly recommend Mp3million.

Just fabulous, lots of mp3 in HQ 320 kbits, as for very rare albums as well known ones.
If you don't find an album on the site, the content providers are very able to satisfy the customer's requests, as they are able to upgrade albums in other quality if not in HQ 320 kbits.
If you are meloman, this site is for you.

I've been buying music from their site for a few months. Never had a problem. I really like it. I get free bonus songs all the time. There's a ton of music to choose from and if you don't find something..you can submit it to them. Definitely a legit site. No worries at all.

Very good People to do business with. They do not have a phone number to call and ask questions BUT there email to customer service is 24/7 and very fast to reply. It is a little tricky to get started but they do a great job explaining how to sign up. Big thing to me is they keep there word. As for the music sound quality of the downloads It is awesome and tons of music to chose from. Once you get set up it is worth it. Regards Wolfie.

This Company is DEDICATED to their customers!!! I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with their response time when I message them & they go "the extra mile" to please their customers! I grew up listening to Gene Watson as he was one of my mothers favorites & by far in my top 10 choices, I googled him & was guided here, I WAS AMAZED !!! I "think" they have everything he ever recorded available for download? I paid the minimum for purchases & it went quick ? They discount for the whole album, they also give you EXACTLY what you pay for!!! For instance if the album was released in 1975 you get the recording that was released on that particular album & to me this is important, if I'm going to pay for it I want to hear it the way I did when I fell in love with it ! I have requested numerous other artists & albums by the year released notifying them that I found them on vinyl but had no way to transfer to mp3 & this company wasted no time in getting them in vinyl & making them available for download! By FAR THE BEST in customer service !!! Iv'e paid for other sites & they stick it to you, fudge in "whatever recording" of the song or album you want & pay for showing original covers but lame recordings, NOT THIS COMPANY & when you get something that was released on vinyl the sound quality is INCREDIBLE! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

I have been using mp3million for many years and they have been nothing but amazing. Especially with the new music that arrives on the internet which seems daily. The quality is always clean and clear. I've yet to be disappointed. And if you can't find something, just ask. Their staff has been able to find high quality music better than those horrible YouTube transfer apps.

I have been using mp3million for 4 years and have been able to enjoy virtually all artists ever to release a country album. I could never do this without mp3million, albums at fantastic prices, I have never had a bad download, issues with adding funds and always had the birthday gift every year. Without doubt a godsend to any music lover, long may it continue.

What's that they say - "love at first byte"? And the second byte was infatuation! Me and Mp3million are united for life!

It's my hobby - some say I should make it my business, get an Australian Business Number, become a tycoon - to take photos and make them into a slideshow with appropriate music added. So it's important that I be able to purchase songs 'trackwise' covering a very wide range of interests.

After a disappointing day of encountering companies that seemed not to have heard of Australia I stumbled across Mp3million. It was like being a John Denver - "Back Home Again"!

I'm a semi-retired mathematician, a life spent manipulating abstract symbols, but never forsaking the words of Desiderata - "Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass."

So I'll make my review in the spirit of the love letter, with all the passion of a Sullivan Ballou writing to his wife Sarah. Note to myself: see if Mp3million has "Nine Miles to the Junction".

Mp3million has to be the very best online system for buying and downloading music 'trackwise' that I have ever encountered!
