MP Brothers were contractors in the development of Yvon House, SW11 4GA.
My flat had underfloor heating installed with a lifetime guarantee.

They hired a subcontractor to do the installation.
My underfloor heating has packed up, and I contacted MP Brothers to ask them to come and inspect.
They notified me that the subcontractor had gone bust, which does not, of itself, reflect very well on MP Brothers.
Elementary legal principles do not allow main contractors to wriggle away from their obligations to the client.
On two occasion MP Bothers promised to come and inspect my heating but as yet they have not.
This is the sort of behaviour which gives the building trade a bad name.
Their website is peppered with awards, which I will be tracking down individually to send them a copy of this notice.
Under the heading Trust, MP Brothers put on their website that they were founded on values of honesty and collaboration. Committed to open clear communication with each client. This has certainly not been my experience.
Avoid contact with MP Brothers and do not have them do works for you
