Mrs V Pendleton (Terrible shoddy workmanship and service)
My toilet was leaking, called Master plumbing contractors ltd on the Monday and they quoted for the job, said they would get back to me with an appointment, they didn't get back to me so I phoned them on the Wednesday, I was given an appointment for the Thursday between 3 &4, I rang at 4.30 and I was told they were running late (thanks for the heads up NOT!!!!!) they said they would come out between 5.15 & 6 which wasn't convenient for me, so an appointment was made for 8 the following morning.
They arrived at 8.20 (late AGAIN) and after 40 minutes informed me I was needing a new toilet cistern, Andrew said he would get back to me within the hour, and I'm still waiting on the call (it's now Saturday 10.30am).
I've had to get another plumber in after the water was everywhere in my bathroom (was only trickling before Master plumbing contractors ltd got their hands on it) the new plumber I got informed me that whoever put the pipe back in shoved the washer up into the cistern.
Don't touch this company with a barge pole or anything else.
