Beware of the No-Refund Policy for First Appointments

If you’re considering booking your first appointment at Marco Pasolini Health Clinic & Osteopathy, be aware that they have a strict policy of not refunding first appointments—regardless of how much notice you give, even a week in advance by phone and email.

Their electronic booking confirmation and online payment terms both mention a 24-hour cancellation policy, which may lead you to believe it applies to all appointments. However, there is no clear mention of a different policy for first-time bookings. Proceed with caution.

Why is there no APP for this site…
You are made do everything online,
you still have the phone the receptionist to get a link sent to you…
And when you attempt to book , you get “it's not available at this time” it’s only available at certain times …..we are talking booking online, and it’s not available….
WHAT A JOKE ….
This must be one of the WORST systems around… Bearing in mind we are talking about peoples health and well-being, the system is absolutely useless..
I believe this has been set up to fail, and to save money, I myself personally have given up several times to see my doctor despite being in discomfort and pain, because of the amount of hurdles you have to jump through…
Always battling to get past the receptionist, so far to date, I have been down to my local GP practice, and still manage to get appointments booked by the receptionist after explaining my failed attemps to book online,
So the system DOES accept receptionist booking slots and times ….
According to the recorded message you hear when you phone up, potentially you can wait up to 2 days before your query gets read , then possibly another three days before you even get a phone call for an appointment…
Today have even been told by the doctors receptionist, well I can always drive down to FAVERSHAM to their WALK IN , if I need treatment…..
My own Doctors, that I have been with for over so years plus, on now telling me to to drive over 20 miles to another’s towns walk-in clinic,

Marco is very knowledgeable Osteopath and I could see the results session after session. You are treated with care, kindness and professionalism. Marco is an absolute professional osteopath.
He fixed my neck problems in a few sessions and already from the first two I started to feel better.

First time I went to Marco Pasolini was in November 2021 when I was pregnant to treat my back pain. He followed me throughout the whole pregnancy allowing me to be active until the end and to get in the best shape to the big day. He has always been very professional and knowledgeable and I recommended him to many friends who has similar problems and they have all been very happy too.

I’ve been getting treatments from Marco for several years now. I first saw him when I had an acute problem that was causing great difficulty and pain, and he quickly sorted me out with wise hands and kind and effective treatments. Since then, I go to see him whenever I’m feeling a bit out of balance. I’ve come to learn that Marco can treat both the acute physical stuff, and also the deep level stuff that results from emotional issues too. After going to many clinics without being able to solve my problem, I found Marco Pasolini's clinic on Google!
I had many "little" problems - back pain, TMJ disorders, stomach pain.
My doctor is Mr Saeed Akhtar and he is so kind and professional. He let me explain how I felt, mentally and physically. My stomach pain almost disappeared straight after the first session and I felt so so much better- didn't felt that good in years!!
He gave me exercises to do at home and so many advices as well. Even if I still need quite a lot of treatments I am confident I will feel better and better! I recommend him and the clinic so much, not only for muscle pain, osteopathy is so much more.

Having been diagnosed with Failed Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS) following 6 spinal surgeries (including revision Lumbar L5-S1), I was suffering from both neuropathic and myofascial problems from head to toe. Including myofascial pain syndrome, sciatica, shoulder and hip impingements, labral tears, arthritic changes and chronic pelvic pain / sacro-iliitis. Marco has been instrumental in both helping me achieve long term pain relief but also addressing my biomechanics and, just as one example, he is the only person I would allow to adjust my neck (with titanium screws in place!)... He's also helped my close friend recover from sciatica and also his scoliosis-related pain. I would highly recommending Marco to anyone with any musculo-skeletal or neurological pains... GP's cannot help but Marco can, and I regard Osteopathy above Physiotherapy, which for me was only useful post-operatively. Easy 5 stars... I still have top up sessions infrequently but believe that Marco has helped me recover to a relatively normal and fully functional state by now, with only insignificant issues. 10/10 !
