Highly Recommend

Hi.
18 of March 2026 i have place an order to MPTUNED.com, I order a front BMW G30 5series Glossy spoiler LCI 2020.
Order placed ,all good.
Delivery with DPD they said.
Order came in Ireland,DPD made this delivery, picture with package in front of my house at maybe 15:30. Came home at 16:20,package gone, stolen.
At my order I specifically asked not be dropped in front my house,I asked for DPD driver to call me,or to dropped this package behind my bakyard gate.
I contact MPTUNED.Com right away. They asked me to complete a form for missing package for 10 days of investigation at DPD Ireland.
After two days I got my full refund.
Now im struggling to find this model in a different country.
Thank you very much to MPTUNED for how you handled this problem,
I understand is not the company fault,is the bad service at DPD Company. Drivers don't care.
Again thank you for your service, and sorry that we had to go thru this problem.
