After checking out from the Wood Hotel in Skellefteå we decided to go and check out the MQ shop there before leaving the town. The shop assistant started following after us, not greeting us or offering any help, pretending to arrange and tidy-up where tidying was not even needed. As I was checking out some cardigans I thought were really nice, I felt this assistant really starring at me and I lifted my head and we had the weirdest eye contact. Instead of this shop assistant being the one to greet me/offer assistance or just show that we are welcome there, she just continues staring and I was the one to end up saying hi to her( in that moment she did not seem to remember how she should be of service to customers). There was another customer just a few metres from me, a white lady, but she was not being followed after in the same way. This put me off very much, I abandoned my shopping there at MQ. Thank goodness the other shops we visited after MQ had good customer service and we felt welcomed at Body shop, Akademibokhandeln, Skellefteå tourist shop and Åhléns.
My advice to MQ Skellefteå is to also treat people of colour as potential customers not as potential thieves.
You spoiled our shopping experience in Skellefteå, I will not recommend MQ Skellefteå to my loved ones after this bad shopping experience there.

MQ has declared a public vendetta and "war" against US traders by pulling their MT4&5 software from the retail trading industry, which has left me and others with a complete mess. I, and thousands of other users, have lost accounts and income due to their sudden and irresponsible way they acted to block their users from the software platform: it has cost me a great deal of money and time. It's not like their MT5 platform was so great to begin with (I found it inferior) but it was widely used in the industry: no more! MQ has completely destroyed the income of many traders worldwide, not just US traders. Previous users are saying MQ did this because "they wanted money" but that makes no sense: if MQ wanted to increase revenues all they had to do was charge for it, not destroy traders and firms. No, the way they executed their war on US traders with little notice was vicious, vindictive, and unprofessional. Don't trust MQ.
