Product out of date
I used to love getting products from Mr Fillet. My last 2 orders were a complete fail and to be honest even a health hazard. I received my box one whole day after the agreed date, with half frozen half defrosted meat when I clearly was expecting fresh produce. I am highly disappointed in the service quality. Even the delivery date on the label was too old. Which makes me think the box was not respecting cold chain norms.

The fillet did not come the day that they were supposed to come. I tried to call but there is no phone number. I am now lost and have no idea when the order will arrive. Also, I don't trust that trunkrs will maintain the meat in a proper condition after they did not deliver the correct day. Provide customer support!

After discussing with the Mr Fillet support the made ammends for the bad condition and I am extremely happy with their behavior and proactive resolution! In the end, it was Trunkrs issue where they did not take the delivery seriously and delivered a bad quality chicken the next day. However, Mr Fillet solved the issue! Highly recommended, even though they don't have a phone number their mail support and approach to customer issues is outstanding.

What a shame to hear that you do not experience our chicken fillet as good. We investigated whether something could be wrong, but this was not the case. Your order was placed by yourself on Sunday and delivered to you by our transport company on Monday evening. The chicken was processed, packed and shipped the morning of delivery and is therefore of good quality. We have not received any other complaints. We are sorry that it turned out this way.
