Verification has been ongoing for 16 days with no result. I have submitted documents multiple times, including more documents than requested by email, yet they are still unable to verify my account.
Support keeps making errors with my payment details, causing repeated rejections and blocking withdrawals. Despite several emails, nothing gets properly resolved.
