It’s scam website, quality is shit and customer service is absolutely scam.
Pictures are differently not like real orders.
Clearly we’d of money and time.

I recently ordered a suit for Mrbuerly. The suit was the size I ordered and with timely delivery. I tried the suit on and it was a bit too snug, I could see the outline if the pant pockets. I reached out to the company admitting that they did not make a mistake, yet wondering if an exchange was possible and what it would take. My replies mostly made sure to remind me over and over they made no mistake, that if would be expensive to exchange (though they never told me what expensive is), and offered me the exact same 15% off code to buy another suit. Maybe if the suit material was better quality or at least fit better, I ordered the size I always wear according to their size chart, I would've considered, or if they weren't so insistent on clearing their name despite my admission. I won't be shopping with them again.

I made an order 20 days ago and I still wait for a tracking number.They informed me today that my suit is in line production but they didn’t inform me about the delay when I placed the order and paid them.

I was shocked by how well made the suit I bought was! 3 inside pockets and everything! However the color was completely different than what was advertised. I ordered a purple suit and what I got was maroon or wine red.

Do not order from this website. This is by far the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order and there had been no update for a week so I emailed support inquiring an ETA. Per their response and order details on website, order was still awaiting shipment and there was no ETA as to when it would be shipped. After reading many reviews, to my disappointment many explained how it has taken months to receive their order or no arrival at all. Seeing as though the order hadn’t been shipped, I requested order be cancelled and card be refunded. Per support order would be cancelled but only 50%. Why wouldn’t I be fully refunded if order was never shipped. Scam! Scam! Scam!! Stay AWAY!!!

I love the styles I saw and was immediately impressed, especially with the pricing and discount.

Company is a sham. My item never arrived. Their tracking alleged it was delivered to my mailbox….it wouldn’t fit and the zip code showed a completely different one than mine. I reached out to them and they refused to acknowledge what had happened despite screenshots to show the item was not delivered to me. Total scam. I’ve now opened a claim with PayPal.

The quality is ok, appearance was as described online, the jacket fit fine my pants were 1.5 inches too small and very long , I’m a 36 so think the size guide is a little off for African American, our physique is different. Wasn’t happy with the return policy cost me extra money.

"I am writing this to warn everyone: DO NOT trust mr.buerly. I placed an order over a month ago and I have received absolutely nothing. They claim to have shipped the items and say they sent tracking emails, but it is a complete lie -I never received any confirmation or tracking number.

They are ignoring my requests for a refund €121,95 and keep making excuses in chat just to waste time. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I am now taking legal action to get my money back. Save your money and stay away from this company!

Photos of dresses should be "quickly" opened when someone click on. I spent much time in trying to watch people's photos.

The product was completely faulty!! The product was awful material just cheap poor quality for what it was priced at! Asked for refund sent photos pointless questions which I have already stated I want a refund as it was faulty and poor quality! Had to pay £15 to send back now I’ve sent 4 emails over a week not heard a thing! So disappointed do not buy from this website it’s a scam the products are poor the customer service is terrible !!!

On their website is an elegant storefront with a sign and the address in Washington state. I googled it. It’s an industrial park warehouse. That’s not a great look for anyone looking to trust these people.
