In March I ordered some waterslide decal paper, payed and got the order confirmed promptly.
Since then nothing - I've tried to contact them by phone and email, but no responce.
Basically this is a scam where they've stolen my money

Horrendous customer service. Purchased some decal paper On Sun, Feb 25, 2024. On March 1 I wrote and asked when it was being posted. By March 4 no reply I asked again and no reply. On March 9 I received an automated message from them stating “your item is on its way”. Today is March 16 and still no item. What a shameful way to conduct business. Luckily my bank reversed the payment for me. An experience I would not wish on anyone…
As a repeat customer, this time my order for decal paper was confirmed on 20/02/23.
As of today, (14/03/24) that order has not been delivered.
Two telephone calls and an e-mail were ignored or not responded to.
Based on similar experiences from others, this firm should not be allowed to trade on Ebay or Amazon.
The times you don't check trustpilot are the times you get burnt.

Have emailed the vendor to chase the order and no replies.
End of the month no sign of the order.
Am pursuing to get my items or recover funds. Will report back.

I placed an order for some decal paper on 10/02/24. I received an email on the 12th to say my order had been dispatched. 7 days later it hasn't arrived. Emailed the seller but have had no reply. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so I should get my money back.
Purchased some adhesive film paper. The paper was useless, the printing smudged very badly and the ink would not adhere to the paper. The rollers on the printer were covered in ink which had run off the paper. I tried to contact the company via email three times but no reply. I then received an email today stating that the shop was closing on ebay. I ordered some more paper from a company called Photo Paper Direct, and the service and quality was 100%. I can highly recommend Photo Paper Direct.
My order has not arrived it's now been 8 days ,what makes things worse they do not answer your emails either about delivery or there products or technical issues sorry to say very poor customer service and I emailed them making them aware that I would write this review
