My delivery came, it took some time but it was totally worth the wait.
Super long wait, product much much worse quality than advertised and print on product was very smudged and fabric looked dirty and disgusting

Same as all the other reviews. Ordered in November and paid for expedited 4 day delivery. Product arrived on 24th December. Very poor quality and size was not as advertised. For the cost, definitely not worth it.
I ordered a christmas jumper on 27th November. Fast forward to the 22nd December and I still don't have this christmas jumper. I spent £10 on delivery so it would be on time (within 10 days). Do not use this company they only dispatched it to the delivery company on the 16/12.

The tracking still shows “Info received / order processed by shipper”, which means only a shipping label was created and the parcel has not been handed over to a carrier.
Customer support only replies with vague messages about “Christmas delays” and provides no concrete shipping date. Public comments asking for clarification were removed instead of being addressed.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and not rely on the stated delivery times.er not even shipped
