Ordered a fragrance back in may. Received damaged/broken top. Emailed them to refund or replace. They requested photos of the damaged item. And still awaiting to receive the refund. Just emailed them yesterday and they replied with that they are still reviewing and will get back to me soon. Exact response I received a month ago. So frustrated with the customer service team. If it was possible I would rate at a -3.5 star

Mr Fragance hub is a scam
I bought a perfume to give to my mother for Mother's Day, but it turned out to be a fake; on top of that, the box was wrecked. I requested a refund, and it was finally approved after I submitted proof of the shipment's condition and returned the item. They received the perfume three weeks ago, but I still haven't got my money back. I’m tired of writing to them, and now no one is answering my emails.

The scent of the cologne they sent me was nothing like the real thing. I have an example of the real creed absolutely aventus and the difference is vast. I wrote a email to cancel the order and it was ignored. They replied back once they sent the counterfeit cologne. Please do not order.

Never received my package beware of this site!!! My package was sent to Fresno, California. I live in New York City. I contacted customer service team. They said they were on top of the situation. They said they will mail me a new package but instead gave me the same tracking number as the original package. That's being returned to sender. As of may 19, there's no update on same tracking number. I contacted them again to send me a new one they keep saying that my package is in transit!!! This a fake creed is being sold way to much do your self a favor don't bother with these fake sites!!

Husband ordered Creed from their website and was sent a fake. The box seems legit but when you look at the bottle it is obvious it's fake when compared to an authentic bottle. Their website says they sell authentic colognes.
