My withdrawal is still listed as "pending" after a week!! It is impossible to get in touch with support—there is never anyone on live chat, and the email address for contacting them simply doesn't exist on their site. Terrible casino—stay away!!

Mr Green’s website is a scam site. The money is not refunded to the account, customer service lies about what they previously said, avoids taking responsibility for their mistakes, and makes empty promises that they do not keep. I closed my account. Fortunately, my losses were limited to only tens of euros, which they refused to refund. I deleted my account.

I have never used this site but suddenly get a notification on Mobile Pay requesting I pay 200 DKK. Send like a scam.

Not a good experience with this company. Signed up through a Facebook advert that stated I'd get 50 free spins for signing up & then I could get an extra 100 spins for depositing & wagering £10. I didn't get the 50 free spins for signing up & the live chat stated that I signed up through a promotion that would give me 200 spins once I deposited & wagered £10. I went back & checked the advert & it's was definitely 50 free spins for signing up.

I have had been reading all the negative reviews about Mr Green and it kind of put me of opening an account with them! But, I still wanted to go head to join them to see If Mr Green can really be what all these negative reviews are talking about? Are they? Definitely far from the truth .. I initially deposited £750 , played my automated Roulette ( Roulette is my only game ) and lost it.. It was a fair game .. I was on the gaming platform I know very well which can only be safe and sound one for sure, so I was unlucky..
I further deposited £1000 and this time I tried their LIVE CASINO from London Hippodrome .. I was lucky and I recovered my previous lost as well as more profit on top.. I then withdrawn 3 different amounts back to my registered bank.. and I got them showing in my bank account less then 30 minutes ..
I can only say one thing to everyone.. This is Gambling and it can go either way Loose or Win ..We need to except it... plus these companies are not there to pay out if there are some issues before they do their checks and everything is done by book..

I won a good amount of money, but they keep coming with excuses. I have waited since June to get my money, biggest scam I know! Do not recommend at all, I have contacted customer service a lot of times, and half the time “it doesn’t work” stupid excuses

Customer service is very poor. I had issue of not being able to Use my free spins. I Deposit the money to get them and then they arent working. The issue has been going on for few days and all i get from the customer service is that they are looking into the problem. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve deposited over 500 pounds and won one bonus game which paid out only £11 . Never had one other win more than 7 pounds. They take and take and DO not pay you out. I finally won 30 pounds and they now request ID after taking 500 pounds. Rest assured I will be using my 768,300 followers to share how bad your company is. I’ve reported you and downloaded my transactions as you have in your legal terms and conditions figures that do not match up with the win percentage. Hope you get shut down

I strongly felt that my bet was wrongly settled as a loss since my selection was away team over 0,5 and it ended 6-1. I contacted to the support chat and they said "I understand this may be disappointing, but the bet has been settled as a loss, and unfortunately, there is no option to dispute this outcome" which after the chat was immediately closed by the agent without any explanation of why bet was lost or any futher assistance nor even basic "goob bye", just closed. Cant even describe the disbelief I felt.
Overall I have two open cases which are waiting email response from their end. After two weeks I dont expect much.
