(they have 2 websites setup now)

I sent some boxes with them and pretty much everything they told me was lies.

They told me I would get a tracking number - I didn't as they wanted to cover up that instead of sending my things by air they sent them by sea - this took months instead of weeks. My things also arrived in very poor condition with the boxes ripped.

They ignored me when I tried contacting them several times a day.

They made excuse after excuse - bomb threats, custom delays, they even said that the owner of their company passed away! I know all of this as I contacted other users who said they got the same excuses.

If you are relocating use another provider!

STAY AWAY from Mr Move.

Boxes not delivered and no customer service

I sent 5 boxes back to the UK on 16th February 2020. As I write this it is now 14th April and despite being told they would be delivered within 10 working days they have still not arrived. What is worse is that for the past 6 weeks I have tried to get in contact with the company using several methods eg WhatsApp, email, text message, Facebook message etc. Every message I have sent has been ignored and mostly never even read.
