these guys made me lose the whole day waiting for the delivery , at first it was scheduled at 11 am in the morning knowing that i kindly asked them to be punctual bcz the tower in the DIFC is so strict when it comes to deliveries!! a guy named Ammar which rarely answers his phone told me they will be here at 3pm, until 5:30 pm no one showed !!!
6 hours delay in the delivery is not acceptable..
this is unprofessional at all….

Customer care has a very bad attitude, I've contacted them trying to sort out a small issue with a product, and I've been treated without any respect. They've just lost a customer.

EDIT: Why on earth should someone give a fake review? Well, it is not, I still clearly remember the very bad attitude of this company and I really hope this has changed.

I bought an office chair recently and was very impressed with the service and product. It was delivered before the estimated time, which was very welcome as I wanted the chair ASAP. The chair is very good quality and fits perfectly in my home office. I would recommend them and their products.

Worst customer service I have ever received. DO NOT USE this company. Their products are overpriced and they go back on their T&Cs. I never write bad reviews and always give companies the benfit of the doubt and an opportunity to rectify poor service as everyone can make mistakes but the arrogance of the customer service was appalling. Please do not give this company your money. Google their products and you'll find them cheaper.

I experienced great service, with very prompt and friendly responses to my pre-sales queries via the chat facility on their website.

Delivery was a breeze, they had my new desk and cabinet all unloaded and placed in the room I needed within with ten minutes of arriving. I ordered late Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday mid afternoon, so that was great.

The build quality is as excellent as I had hoped it would be. Everything was well packed, with all parts and no damage to anything.

I built it myself and took my time following the instructions which were easy to follow.

Overall a great experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone else. Support and build quality is spot on. Many thanks.

Impressive delivery times - I ordered a desk at 10:30am and it came at 8am the next day. The desk had an incorrect part and the company were great sorting it out, even calling me up on Christmas Eve to discuss resolution. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

Customer service could be a bit more responsive but other than that the service is spot on. Ordered a white corner desk that arrived within a day, everything with it. Lovely desk. Slight issue with some holes missing on a corner part but it did not affect the desk to much. Overall, I would recommend. Great prices.

Ordered a desk for my wife’s home working via Amazon marketplace with Mr Office Furniture. received an email 2 days later asking for tel number for delivery driver, which I supplied immediately. Delivery day comes and goes. Eventually receive email 12 days after placing order stating next day delivery. Delivery driver (DX Delivery) only has top and sides of desk in 2 separate parcels - 3rd parcel (the legs) are missing and driver becomes abusive and rude when asked for location of legs. Leaves in a huff and nearly collided with another vehicle.
Poor customer service from initial company only to be exceeded by delivery company.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Update - legs of desk have arrived, and the desk has been assembled but I noticed 2 areas of slight damage to desk top which I have repaired and the day after I received an email from Tim at Mr Office Furniture asking if all now ok - I mentioned the slight damage and I have been offered a replacement or full refund.
Since I started having problems with delivery, I have to give credit where it is due and thank Tim for his excellent customer service and I can only assume my initial poor service was a ‘one off’ and I have changed my rating accordingly - thank you again Tim.

Email enquiry made, delivery date checked and agreed with a director of the company by email and telephone, order placed and paid for June 2020 with confirmed delivery date of July 2020.

Mr Office emailed to say we would receive tracking information by email The day before delivery was due (yesterday). Nothing was received and no reply to our email.

Today, (delivery day) nothing has been delivered and rather worryingly, there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE AT ALL to any of our subsequent emails or telephone calls.

Extremely poor and very disappointing.

The response from the supplier is typical of their attitude. No apology, but an accusation of my being dishonest, is this a company you want to deal with? I was delivered a desk. The wholes were poorly drilled with rough edges. FACT The desk was painted mdf and much cheaper looking than expected. FACT When unpacked and starting to construct it became apparent that the legs were for a different desk. FACT When lodging this with the company the transport manager wanted photographs of the box and queried whether they had delivered the wrong parts. So far no resolution slow response. Worst company I have ever dealt with. FACT

I've yet to receive the product but so far the service from Tim and David has been amazing. I got a near instant responses to my product queries and they've even managed to sort out next day delivery for me. Thank you both!

Yesterday I unboxed a beautiful mobile 3 drawer pedestal with silver handles from Stockworld. Unfortunately I had a slight problem with the lock which rendered it unusable. I called Stockworld just a few minutes ago and spoke with Tim who was absolutely fantastic. He was polite and considerate and made my enquiry/request for assistance painfree. He arranged for a new lock to be sent out. Amazing customer service. So delighted.

I had placed an incorrect order and was contacted immediately with an alternative solution.

Company were extremely understanding as it was my fault.

Unreliable! Paid a premium for next day delivery, waited in all day and they failed to deliver. Dint be fooled by their eBay feedback. As soon as you complain they cancel the transaction and refund you hence no opportunity to leave negative feedback.
