I placed an order for an item, and was sent a size smaller than I ordered. So I sent an email, which was answered quickly by Marek, and as soon as they had stock of the size I'd ordered, they sent it directly to me, free of charge, and without requiring me to return the incorrect item. I would definitely use them again!
