I have been shopping with Mr Porter for over 15 years, with regular orders, and until my last experience all has been great.
However, I recently placed a large order and returned a number of items that didn't suit or were the wrong size. One of the items i requested a return on was left out of the package, I realised a little while afterwards and by this point it was now outside the returns window by a couple of weeks. Now I take responsibility for this of course.
I contacted Mr porter and explained the situation, and of course how I was such long standing customer and had spent tens of thousands over the years. Their response was that they could do nothing as it did not conform with their returns policy, now at this time they were still running their extended returns for the christmas period, and if I had placed my order a week later I still would have had over 2 weeks to return the item. I asked several times to speak to someone in management who didn't have to just do what the computer said, but this was ignored every time with the same blanket response of 'the return does not conform with their returns policy'
I thought regular long term return custom would be valued, and allowances made for a one off error, but apparently not. Mr Porter customer service is not what it used to be!

No evidence of tampering with package so obviously a warehouse discrepancy.
Customer service have said up to 15 days to investigate. Timescale is not acceptable as this issue is of no fault of mine…

At first I thought it was a scam because of the low prices and some reviews, but I decided to give it a go and I’m very happy with the results. It turns out to be a Legit company, I bought 2 pairs of the adidas samba at a very good price and already got them with me. VERY GOOD company.
I found my favourite ASICS Shoes in a colour way not available in the Australian stores and it arrived just days after putting the order through. I only wear this kind of ASICS so i new my exact size so it was such an easy purchase knowing they would fit perfectly.
Both hats damaged should check before sent out at this level and price so poor

They have poor customer service. They do not honor their customer. I received my shipment with no shipping label. I paid for the return shipping myself and they did not reimburse me
For a company that retails high end products the customer service experience is shocking.
Ordered some trainers, should have been US size 11 Men’s (UK 10) delivered US Women’s Size 11 (UK 9) returned straight away through DHL. Delivered the wrong size.
Chased numerous times for a refund but received nothing constructive other than it’s being processed. The last email this morning asked me to confirm my First and Last Name plus the billing and delivery address as suddenly they didn’t match the order details. I’ve replied with a copy of the original order confirmation but have not received even an acknowledgment. it’s been nearly two weeks and that’s what I’m getting.
One star is given for DHL who delivered and returned the parcel promptly. Won’t be ordering from them again.
I’m expecting the usual customer services copy and paste response.

Customer service is utter disaster !
Returned a pair of trainers for exchange , took ages to process it, when I emailed to chase up instead to speed it up they cancelled the exchange completely. No apologies , no explanation, and with every email it got worse and worse. This retailer has to go to do a lot better than this! The customer service need to actually read and understand customer emails not just reply from a script with a completely and totally out of context reply as 10 times I emailed and phoned I had the same extremely poor service outcome , it wasn’t a one off !
Product was not worth the premium purchase price. At all. Very cheaply made.
