Easter products only arriving AFTER Easter...
The main item that I had ordered specifically for Easter, given the mega Easter campaign by Mrs Alice on Instagram outlining deliveries would arrive BEFORE Easter (I deliberately placed order some weeks back) were not shipped. When I eventually proactively emailed after some weeks to understand what was causing hold up, I was told main item would arrive AFTER Easter and would that be okay. I am sure there was a good reason for this hiccup but a) maybe proactively update your customers when there is an unexpected delay b) don't make a song and dance over your boatful Easter decorations if you plan to send them to customers after event has passed.

After reviewing your order, it appears it was held because it included a pre-order item. By default, we ship orders once all items are in stock so everything arrives together. However, we’re always happy to send available items earlier on request.
We do aim to make pre-order timelines as clear as possible, these dates are shown on the product page, at checkout, and in order confirmation emails. If there are any changes to those dates, we communicate updates via email. That said, we appreciate your point about proactive communication and recognise we could have done better in keeping you informed here.

Their decor is very tasteful and sophisticated. I have made multiple purchases at their site , the items look exactly as pictured and described on their website and they arrive delightfully n carefully packaged. Every small detail is well designed, executed, packaged and delivered, it shows they take tremendous pride in their products. I love browsing the blog and getting ideas, it's like a free master class on design and decor. Love it ! Keep up the great work ! And thank you for putting a smile on my kids faces and my husband's face too, they love those decorations as much as I love putting them up.
