Mr Shopper is a scam!! Also ordered, did not receive anything, no answer, no correspondence, I am now requesting my money back, but still nothing, Do NOT make the same mistake!! Forced to take action now.

This company is a total fraud! I am in the process of contacting as many people as possible who have been scammed in order to institute legal proceedings against them!
They advertise products, take your money and you never hear from them again! If you do manage to contact them (which is virtually impossible) they lie and tell you they will refund your money!

I'm very very unhappy with Mr Shopper's service. I've ordered on the 8th of December an airfryer, my money is paid in full, but as of yet, I received nothing. They inform me my goods will be delivered yesterday... NOTHING, this isn't acceptable at all...

SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND STRING YOU ALONG WITH LIES.
The worst experience of my life dealing with these people I don't know how they sleep at night with all the lies they tell you. Hours on the phone trying to get through to them they never ever answer the phones as advertised on the website.
Then they phone you back on different cell numbers promising to help you, promising that your order is on the way... every day they string you along until the next. Pelican Express couriers apparently need to deliver but it's the same company and same people. Blatantly told Busisiwe Nyembezi on the website chat to "stop lying" and she said to me "Okay". This was the last time someone spoke to me from this company so now that's it my money is gone and Payfast has informed me they cannot reverse the transaction as the company has insufficient funds. Payfast has also suspended their account and advised me to take legal action. Absolutely disgusted by this scam. They stole R11000 from me. I will be taking this to the police. They must be reported and their website taken down.

Initially they engaged on website chat and lied about delivery (December).

Now they flat out ignore me. Cant get a refund and no item delivered. THIS IS A SCAM AND I HAVE LOST MY MONEY!

Pathetic Service

Order placed on Nov 20, still haven't received my goods to date, and getting no response from anyone at Mr Shopper.
Sent several emails, tried calling and messaging them on numerous occasions, still no reply.
This is looking more and more like a scam, and i am seriously concerned as to whether or not we will ever receive our order or even a refund.

I have received notifications that the messages are being read, but no reply.

Please can someone assist us.

This is my 2nd review on this forum, and several others on HelloPeter. Seems Mr Shopper is oblivious to negative publicity, so lets see what Devi Govender can unmask. This is my second review and nothing has changed! This has to be the worst online store there is! As you will see, they have a 100% bad review record here, and if you read other consumer complaint sites, you will see the same. I ordered a simple product which was, supposedly, "in-stock", on 25Nov20 as a Christmas gift (O/No.41572). Delivery was given as 7Dec20. Anyone would think that ordering a month before would be more than sufficient. Wrong! Multiple calls, e-mails and on-line messages fell on deaf ears with absolutely no response. Finally, on 22/23Dec20 I had a call from Brian, apologising profusely with a zillion excuses, but promising I'd receive my order on 6Jan21. Well, guess what? That's come and gone and I'm still waiting! Not a murmur from "Mr Shocker"! This company should be ashamed and shouldn't be in business if this is the way they treat their customers! They accept your hard earned money and feel sweet blow all for you. Take my advise and STAY AWAY from them. Don't get suckered into their cheap prices. It comes at a price, believe me! Don't believe a single positive review they may receive on other sites. Those have to be fake and I wouldnt be surprised if they have their own people posting these themselves. They certainly dont seem to be doing anything else! Just read all the Trustpilot and Hellopeter reviews and you will see that there are more than enough complaints to warrant a big massive WARNING! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the pain hundreds of us suckers have already suffered. STAY AWAY from "Mr Shocker". You wont be sorry!!!!

Very very bad service!! I orderd a trampoline for my boys birthday and the delivery was scheduled for the 4th of January and I still have not received anything! This is unacceptable! If I don't receive my package this week I will take further action!

Do not buy from Mr shopper. They are not answering their phones, other phones will keep you waiting only to be told the extension number is unavailable. They dont deliver on time and they take 45 days to process a refund on canceled order. The guy named brian is worse .order #43375

Rogues, rogues, just a scam, not sure how the banks are facilitating their transactions, for payment?

I'm a single mom me and my boys, never enjoyed this xmas period as I failed to deliver their anticipated bicycles as mommy promised, I feel like I failed them up to now, and this was my last money I had to spend on them. They keep asking me but now I've run out of reasons, I'm disappointed with the mr shopper service, I've tried all means to contact them but no help still I'm waiting for response, email and WhatsApp

Please people do not order from mrshopper. They never deliver on promised times in fact you cant get hold of them. Phones do not get answered and emails gets you no replies. I cant even get my money back as promised on their website. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

SCAM!!!

ORDER, NO DELIVERY. PHONE NO ANSWER. EMAIL NO RESPONSE.

I placed an order for a 55 inch smart TV on the 10th of December. Before this, I tried calling the contact centre several times and each time I was put in a queue, waited 5 minutes or more, then told the extension was unavailable. After placing my order I noticed an error as the TV was meant to be 139cm but it said 129cm on the website. I called several times and used the chat feature on the website and sent several emails. Eventually they called me as per my request on the chat. They said they would get back to me and I had to wait until the next week. Then I said if it is not 55 inch I would like a refund. They said they would process this and had lied about 5 times by this point about getting back to me. I wanted to buy a TV within my budget and the deals were ending on the Sunday so since they hadn't gotten back to me, I went to a store that had stock of a TV I would've bought if the TV from Mr Shopper was not 55 inch which was a 40km drive. I had planned to return the TV if they had gotten back to me and said it is 55 inch. The store said if I plan to return a TV there is an R800+ handling fee. Keep in mind I am a student with autism. I couldn't throw away R800 so it was a waste of time and petrol. Eventually the next week after probably 500 attempts to contact them they told me it is 55 inch and that for all my trouble they would give me something and they promised me I would receive my order by the 23rd as was stated in the order before I even ordered it. 23rd came and went and I thought I had received my TV, i bought a TV box for it, but no it was something else I had ordered. And even still this was all after christmas. I was supposed to get it before christmas. Then another several attempts to contact them and they threatened to cancel my order because I was being impolite. I have autism and the immense anxiety caused by someone who lies and I can't get a hold of may cause me to have rude outbursts. I had to disclose this to them to evade the threat. Then someone working there gave me their personal number because of all the stress I was experiencing. Eventually I was told that they were unaware of the delivery service being closed for the holidays and my TV will be delivered on the 5th of Jan. More than one person gave me their word. So I woke up early and went to my parents house and waited there until curfew. I did not get it. I called multiple times and went crazy whatsapping the guy who gave me his personal and I sent messages in the chat because at this point my mom showed me this site and everyone saying it is a scam. Someone called me and told me that I should cancel my order if I think it is a scam. He seemed quite annoyed at this point and 2 of them assured me I would still get my order by the end of the day. I asked for tracking information and I was promised I would receive it within half an hour. The day ended and I received nothing. Everyone was ignoring me. So this morning, I had a panic attack autistic meltdown and I was screaming because I still kept trying the call centre and the one time I got through she put me on hold then let it ring until it said unavailable. I went crazy and even sent an embarrassing video of myself crying to show how stressed I was. Because today I was given word that i would get an email within an hour and then I didn't so I went crazy and they said they will call within 5 minutes as I voiced my fear of ending the call because they usually don't get back to me. I finally got tracking info and saw that my order wasn't even in my province and the starting date of delivery was yesterday. I cancelled my order. Worst experience ever.

I am still waiting with no feedback from your side after two emails already.

I ordered a Defy washing machine from Mr Shopper on 22 November 2020. I paid the following day (23 November) and received confirmation that delivery was scheduled for 2 December 2020. Well, off course 'good bye' to my money, I was scammed! Numerous E-mails, attempted calls to the call center who NEVER answers a call, I will now hand this matter over to my attorneys for further action. Beware of Mr Shopper or who-ever they are, do NOT be scammed like me!!

This is one of those companies that I would have given a -5 stars if I could. Absolutely no communication from them and when you eventually get hold of some one, they claim the item is out of stock and then delay the delivery without prior communication.
Update. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. Atleast Payfast has responded that they're looking into the matter.

I ordered a washing machine for my mother on the 27th Nov, it was delivered at my mother's house on the 14th at 9pm at night which i found very dodge. on the 30th I ordered a dishwashing machine which is yet to be delivered. I have called their call centre number and after holding on for more than 10mins, the answering machine says that the person at extension is not available. Chatted to an Archie on the website last week and i got a call from them saying they did not have the ordered item in stock and they will be receiving stock over the weekend of the 19th of Dec and i will get my order either monday the 21st or Tuesday the 22nd. it is Monday the 28th today and i have not heard from the since. Craig on the online chat just says hi and not respond to anything since last week.
