Joined as part of a cashback offer through the website topcashback. Deposited and played through the amount required.
Mr Spin did not honour it, giving two conflicting excuses for not doing so.

I've waited since September to have my winnings and tonight find out the withdrawal of 13000 was voided and I'm banned after weeks of being told everything was in order etc

Been playing as normal then I won £40 after I had played the requirements before I could withdraw send over my details and got the worst speaking lady on the phone could not be arsed to help them it come out that someone has made an account in my name they have send there own detail ( a woman’s ) and they told me on the phone I had done it even been a woman in my lift so I lost out on my winnings won’t be using this site no more

Poor commitment to responsible gaming. Mr Spin have not removed the reversal of withdrawal option, in spite of the very clear guidance from the Gambling Commission on this and all other casinos I have played at implementing this immediately. They claim that they are working on it, yet I fail to understand what is taking so long when everyone else seems to have managed it. Taken alongside the maximum withdrawal limit of £200, I think this shows that they want you to spend all of your money with them and are not keen on you withdrawing at all. I have tried to complain to them directly but have been sent round in circles, I'm fairly sure that they know what they are doing is out of order but don't want to admit as much.

In reply to my earlier message I had an account which by your own terms and conditions should of been shut because it has been inactive for over 12 months, I'm sure it was one of the many other sites the company operate and not Mr Spin, anyways I was told I am not eligible for the free spins that I won £60 from but you have also taken off me the £30 I have won from my refer a friend promo your ethics are below par and I would suggest people stay away and play different casinos

So many negatives comments 😬 I've never had a problem with Mr spin, I've just withdrew £50 hopefully not to long b4 if hits my account 😁 I do suggest people read terms and conditions tho on bonus spins winnings before slagging off the site, just saying, but each to there own, 🙄

Worst gambling app ever I deposited 5 quid and got 60% bonus then lost so I deposited another 3 then won 25 quid so thought bonus I'll take that then it said win 145 quid before I could take out it, absolute Rob dog con men don't waste your money on this rubbish. Worse gambling app in the world had 210 pound In bonus said deposit 41.00 to withdraw bonus so I did still couldn't withdraw won another 50 said deposit 2_ to withdraw so I did then said I could take out my 24 but bonus would be affected so I bit the bullet and took my 24 then lost all my bonus an absolute joke of a company

long story cut short I played game of the month I wagered my winnings so I could draw out the money proceeded to draw out the money get a text message the next day asking me to contact support and get told my winnings have been voided apparently I've got another account, so I've put their theory to the test I've tried to create another account and comes up saying "these details are already in use" so it's not even possible to have multiple accounts, after reading previous reviews I was sceptical anyway and glad I didn't deposit anything because imagine if I did and won say 500.00 for them to turn around saying they have voided it stay well clear sky bet and paddy power are the places to be folks.

Absolutely terrible experience with #Mr Spin!! I spent so much money on this gambling app, I won and I had already sent all documents and bank statements phone bills EVERYTHING!! Be prepared to fight for your money if you win! I would one hundred percent avoid this company and the have other mobile gambling sites so just do a quick search before. I did end up getting my money but that was after contacting the gambling comishion, and I will still be going ahead with my complaint BTW Mr spin since you have no complaints process!

Absolutely shocking experience. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. My partner won £60, she's used this site for around 2 years+ and never had such a despicable experience than we have had today. They are refusing to pay out due to the phone number that is registered to the account being an old number. A number that hasn't been active for over a year. She has all other kinds of proof of her identity but they flat out refuse to pay or give a refund of the funds we paid into despite the fact she has pumped alot of money into the site in the time she has used it. Customer loyalty is not something Mr spin values. Yet apparently that's legal conduct. She has paid for a service but aren't entitled to the winings because she changed her phone number.... Something many people do on a very regular basis, she however does not but that is of little concern to these thieves.

They withdrew £5 from my bank account fraudulently. I've never even used this company.
They had my email address and phone number and address. I did register but never even played one game
God knows how they withdrew the money. Nasty fraudulent company.

Not had a phone contract for over 3 months but still asked for the latest bill which I did send, albeit it was form March! Sent other items of ID to prove who i am including bank statements which show my method of deposit is with a debit card.
And while all this is going on the still continue to send me free bets and offers which they fully know I can not win on!
I Really enjoy using Mr Spin but this is absolutely silly.
I hope someone reply’s to my email ASAP and can get this resolved for me.

Mr spin is a complete con unlike any other casinos it lures you in with free spins after you deposit & then allows you to win nothing wagering £20 got 100% match so played with £40 won £1500 got £50 complete waste of time & a con cant beleave they are allowed to operate dont wast your time also any jackpot winners out there🤣🤣🤣

Probably one of the best I have come across. I signed up with Mr Spin last year and have been playing on and off on demo or free spin and never had an intention of depositing real money to play.

Yesterday I was awarded 20 free spins and I spent good 1 hour wagering with different slots and made £20 and when I tried to withdraw the money I had to make a deposit by either paypal or visa.

I made the deposit of minimum £5 via paypal and withdrew, and was expecting sometime before they contact me to upload documents or credit to my paypal account.

But surprisingly the money was credit today without and fuss or waiting. I AM REALLY IMPRESSED !

I have had 2 wins now from bonus spins and twice I have been told that I had 2 accounts and I'm not able to have the winning. This site is a complete joke. Why have bonus spins and win and have your winning taken away. The slot games are awful too. Stay away.
