Poor communication
Placed order (no items were flagged as not in stock), received automated email straight away.
I had not heard for several days if my order was shipped. So I sent a handful emails to the address listed, no reply. I tried the online chat which I was then told that my emails had gone to the junk box and that 2 of my items were not instock and were holding up the order (despite the listed dispatch times on the website and that nothing I ordered was out of stock).
I asked for some details regarding exchange of some items in my order before they were sent and was told that I would hear back by the end of the day. Did not get any contact until the following day when half of my order was shipped, the other refunded; however my questions remained unanswered regarding exchange.
Communication was extremely difficult.
I like the idea of supporting smaller companies over the large giants of any industry but when communication and customer service is not their highest priority, it is hard to support.
