I remember i used to get my order within 2 to 3 days, now it takes a week minimum. They used to be packaged and sent that day now theres no confirmation order to be shipped until the end of the following day.

I can see your order was placed early hours on the 4th of May - it was packed and shipped out of our warehouse by 4pm Sydney time that day.
Order and shipping confirmation emails are still sent the day of ordering. Our orders generally have a 1-3 business day turn-around, however seeing you ordered to a P.O Box, this would force the order to go via Aus Post possibly causing more of a delay.
I will make a note on your account to still ensure to send your orders via Startrack moving forward, and you should still receive them within 1-3 days.

Customer service!
I order my product and it arrives within 2 days! There was once where nothing turned up and no email, I called and the product was there the next day. they have built their reputation on customer service. I won't shop anywhere else.
