I was charged twice and delivered with 2 separate deliveries so also charged 2 lots of postage as well, when I only ordered 1 item
They don’t take AX so I had to reprocess the order with another card yet both orders went through.
Very disappointed !

I have reviewed our conversation with you and our customer service team. I can see yes, indeed you did place 2 orders. 2 payments came out, and you were sent 2 orders after ordering twice.
Upon our conversation we understood you only meant to order once, so we gave you our return details so that you would not be out of pocket for postage. This was to allow you to return the products you did not want for a full refund (including postage.)
On the 22nd of April at 4pm you replied thanking us and saying you would post the products back the following day for the full refund. Since then, we have had no further communication from you until unfortunately seeing this 1-star review.
Despite this, please still feel free to go ahead with the return for the full refund.
