Sent the wrong item and can’t get any response from them. Bought whey protein but they I received different flavor and after few days when I’m about to use it. I discovered that the whey they sent to me is already open, sealed is broken and try reaching to them but no response until now. So disappointed for the price I pay and will just received an open one.
I didn’t receive any emails from you. I even checked all emails and spam and I wouldn't make review like this If you contacted me or if I received your email. Lastly, regardless of what name I used in giving a review. I can show some proof of my purchase from order number , name and the item that I received.

The no response part of your review is not true at all. Firstly, we sent an email to a Jasper who made the order of the number you provided. The email asked if you were willing to accept another flavour as the flavour you ordered was out of stock.
After we sent the closest possible we were contacted by a Jasper with a similar complaint as to what you have now stated in your review, to which I replied trying to rectify this issue for you. If you could kindly check your spam or junk folder the emails may have landed in there.
Once you do, and can get back to us, I would be more than happy to have this issue fixed for you. We respond to all issues promptly and it is a shame you left review before checking your emails thoroughly for a response.
Feel free to respond to the email I sent you so I can have this problem fixed for you, and hopefully have this review amended aswell.

I have been purchasing from MrSupplements for around 20 years. I used to shop around, but due to their ongoing exceptional customer service, superfast deliveries and pricing, I don't waste my time anymore. These guys even looked after me on a situation which they had no control over. True customer service.

Your website claim the the Rule 1 7 source protein in salted caramel flavour, its available however, it was not, it shouldn't be on the list. I get refund but that product the reason place the order. i feel dishonesty from site description

I assure you we would never put a product as available if its not out of dishonesty. Needing to refund a product we didn't have costs us time and resources.
Unfortunately when managing a warehouse of inventory sometimes miscounts can happen and stock can be incorrect. We do our absolute best to maintain it and have it as close to perfect as we possibly can.
