Great Customer Service Until A Mistake Is Made
I'll first say, that the sales person was fantastic right up until the moment they made a mistake and the corporate machine destroyed the customer service. Our conversation and email agreement was on one bag size and then the sales person made a mistake and put a different size in the invoice.
Unfortunately, as I was managing many things to set up my shop I missed this change in bag size which ended up being way too small for my needs. When I contacted them about it, the sales person acknowledged the mistake and said they would send the right bags. Yet the next day the corporate machine said it was my mistake and simply offered a $150 credit on purchasing the right sized bags! 👎
As a first time customer you would think there would be more accommodation on a mutual mistake but haven't heard from them since. My advice, make sure you check everything 100 times and don't expect much by the way of support if things go wrong.
