Bought a pair of McQueens that where too narrow and was informed I couldn’t return due to buying with PayPal who charge the company fees. I was offered a credit note. Beware of policies

The customer service needs addressing, i wouldnt purchase anything from this company, as if you have a fault in your product they not interested. Always pay via paypal as your security. Or better still dont order at all go to the main dealer for your products.

Fantastic service and price.
I ordered the wrong size, as i didn't read their recommendation on the website of buying McQueen trainers a size down. A quick message on instagram to say id made an error, was replied to quickly and Chris put the correct size aside for me, which would be sent out when they received the pair i had.
All this was done quickly and efficiently and within a couple of days i had a pair that fitted!
Great customer service, was replied to quickly and kept informed along the way. Very happy customer and would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Trendz

Order got cancelled stock error second time with this problem

This company is something else and in a good way! My dealings with them were nothing short of professional and pleasant.

I was on their IG page one day and saw they were having a 20% sale, but the time of me scrolling was late at night and I had work the next morning, so I thought I’d take a proper look the next day.

The next day came and to my dismay I didn’t see where they were doing a 20% discount. I immediately messaged them asking about the discount and was given a swift response explaining that the sale had ended the previous day but because I had literally just missed the sale that they’d still give me a 20% discount on my order. I was absolutely gobsmacked that a company could act so kind and generous.

We had a couple of back and forth conversations to establish exactly what it was I was after and once that was done I was given an exclusive discount code (unique to me only as it had my name in it) to enable me to get 20% off.

I placed an order on Wednesday at around 17:08. Whilst making the order I saw that next delivery will occur if an order is placed before 15:00 the day before, so I was expecting my parcel to arrive on Friday. Mr Trendz shocked me again as my parcel arrived the next day (Thursday) at 09:40. That is less than a 16 hour turnaround.

I’m honestly shocked at how professional, generous and giving the company is. In a world where companies no longer take pride in ensuring their customers are happy and satisfied it’s really refreshing to see a company that still values their customers.

I cannot speak highly of them enough. I’d recommend them to absolutely anybody and everybody. Their response time is second to none, their delivery time is super fast and their commitment to go above and beyond for their customers is unrivalled. I’ll definitely be shopping at Mr Trendz again!!!
