Faulty item

Bought a pair of Valentino sliders for £200 and the strap snapped after a few months and was told nothing they can do. I'd only order from the manufacturer in future for this reason. Poor customer service

My purchase arrived in good time I had…

My purchase arrived in good time I had an email from Royal Mail saying it was going to arrive in 3-5 working days I purchased on the Friday expecting it on Saturday as I had paid for next day delivery so I emailed Mr Trendz and received an answer back within 5 minutes exceptional customer service. My order arrived al in good time.
