Claims both my iPad and Microsoft surface never arrived. Given they were sent on different days from different post offices, the chances of both being lost by Australia post seems vanishingly small. I think this must be a scam - best avoided.

It’s been more than a week since my computer and iPhone were delivered but no updates from them. No reply to my email neither. I regret sending my device to them.

Send them the device and not happy with their revised offer. They promised to return the devices, but 11 days later still no sign of my device or notification of the return dispatched… will not deal with them again for sure. Will wait another week before complaining to consumer affair.
