I was very impressed by this company. I was having an issue with my stove and vent hood at one of my rentals. Oleg was the technician I was assigned to. Oleg called me the morning of to let me know that he was on his way to the property and explained how everything would work. He was very polite and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained my options to repair. Oleg was very efficient in repairing both problems. My tenant was very happy, so I was happy. I will be recommending Mr. V to my friends and family.

Dennis Godynuk was my technician he was very professional and personable , explained what he was doing and why. Gave me pricing up front and explained warranty. Fixed problem and so far I'm very pleased..

Came out to check and repair or advise on replacement of dishwasher and refrigerator that both went out during the same weekend.
Turned out both were cost effective to repair.
Dishwasher was repaired during the first visit.
Refrigerator part had to be picked up but the guys (David and Tony) got everything squared away really fast !
Mr.V Appliance is my new go to for repairs to appliance repair and HVAC.

Our Fridge was on the fritz and I called Mr V off of a Google search. Literally 12 hours later My fridge was as good as new.

Boris was the technician. This guy was professional; polite; mild mannered and knew what he was doing.

I have a 2 year old and 4 year old and they loved him. My 2 year old, every morning for the last two weeks points at our refrigerator and says - Mister V fixes. Its pretty awesome.

Appliance repair is not something I encounter much. But if I ever do - Mr V will be the first one I call. I will certainly ask for Boris too.

I was a little concerned Initially because I hadn’t received an email confirmation of my appointment scheduled for that day and no one was answering in the office. I did finally receive a call from Boris, the technician, advising that he was in route.
Boris was great! He was very professional, listening to my concerns and explaining everything pertaining to the issue with my older gas oven in great detail. He was very careful in the handling of my oven and went the extra mile in an attempt to assure that a wire I’d connected myself a few months ago was done so properly.
This was overall a great repair experience!

I called on Friday, April 20, 2018 to set up a Diagnostic on my ice maker and Dishwasher. David Chernikov called on Monday and said he would be here in about 40 minutes. David and a co-worker arrived right on time and went to work immediately. They had my Dishwasher up and running in just a few minutes. He worked on my ice maker and was unable to repair it and due to the age, it could not be ordered. He did try several ways to repair it. He gave me another option of a replacement ice maker and the total costs. I agreed to the replacement and he and his co-worker went out in the pouring rain to bring a replacement back in. He had it up and running in a few minutes. This is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. David really knows his job as well as his co-work. I am so thankful I called Mr. V's. They are the best. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much guys!

My dryer went out suddenly I called and the customer service lady was so professional, informative and was able to get someone out on a day and time that worked with my schedule. Vasyl and another gentleman came out, assessed and repaired my dryer within 2 hours. They had the parts and explained everything they did. Reasonable prices. I will use them again and refer them. Excellent work!

Excellent service. Submitted a request last night after 8pm, was called first thing this morning and they were hear by noon as promised. Dennis G. was an excellent technician: knowledgeable, polite, explained everything before he did it! Even polished the front of my refrigerator when he finished! Will definitely use again!

The technician who came out to service my LG washer called in advance, for make/model, to ensure that he had the correct parts. He called, again, with his ETA and arrived on time.
