Mr.Wash
I was at Mr. Wash Stuttgart for wash +inside cleaning and wax. After car wash, in the inside cleaning area after scanning the bill the service man asked to transfer the things in car to a basket. While transferring I misplaced the bill. After cleaning when I went to hand wax, the Service men again asked for bill even it was scanned before. I approached a lady staff in charge to explain the situation. Se was behaving so rude and asked to pay again even after showing the bank statement for the payment made. This is an example how one bad employee’s behaviour can ruin the business. Hope Mr. Wash make those small logistic things automated and teach it’s employees how to behave with their customers
