Poor product and even worse customer service,

As with previous review, would leave no stars if I could. Purchased a VW CRAFTER ANDROID 10 SAT NAV and reversing camera off this guy which look great in the cab, unfortunately it didn't work with my 2013 model. Eventually sorted out an issue with the camera, which is just ok, but the radio, sat nav and bluetooth are next to useless and the customer service is even worse. I have requested a full refund but no reply on his emails. I should have seen the warning when he was too afraid to put his telephone number down on his website. If I lived closer I'd call over for a visit. Please look elsewhere to find these products as this company is awful.

Would leave no stars if possible

Would leave no stars if possible. Sent the wrong camera, told me to return it for a refund and then failed to refund my money- now won't return any calls/emails. If anyone else has issues there is no phone number listed on their website but 07715521209 is linked to their PayPal business.
