I called for help
I called (actually they call me because I ask them to do so) MSCCrusises in Sweden to get help to book a Cruise.
For information I was outside walking and there was a firm wind, so I had difficulties hearing what she said, so I spoke automatically lauter.
I asked if she understood Danish, and she replied "No", so I asked if she understood English, and she said yes, but I had to call the Danish company, and I said no, as I had a Swedish address, a she said I should stop screaming, I apologized and said it was because of the wind and she said again that I should stop screaming, and that was how the conversation ended, as I said this was end of my request for help.
Any decent person would kindly say, "can you lower your voice, as it is very loud".
I have no interest in talking to a salesperson that is that rood. I hope she just had a bad day.
