Had a my old boiler replaced with a new Worcester one. They completed in a day, was really professional and tidy. I’m so pleased they have got rid of a lot of the pipe work I had on display with my old one and new boiler is so quiet!! Thank you Martin and Craig for the great job you did I couldn’t be more happy.

Same day response to initial enquiry and that was on a Sunday. Visit arranged and price agreed. New combi boiler fitted to replace existing standard boiler so included removal of all tanks etc in the loft. Fitting date was two weeks after initial enquiry and they arrived @ 7.30am and worked through to finish the same day. Job done, all great, neat and tidy and tested before leaving. The whole process was easy and quick. I were contacted by MSC Heating almost immediately after inquiring about a new boiler. They arranged with me to come that very week. The men that came were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and more. Would highly recommend MSC heating. I definitely will be using them again for all my boiler services.

Quoted a competitive price for installation of a new boiler and stuck to that price, no messing about. They arranged to do the installation within a couple of days of us contacting them so that we wouldn't be without heating and hot water for too long. They completed the job within a day working diligently and left no mess whatsoever. Very happy with the boiler and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They have come in short notice of time and done the job to a high standard. They provide very good customer service as they were friendly and polite. We only made the payment after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend them.

The quality of work undertaken was of a high standard and i would highly recommend them too anyone seeking heating installers.

New gas boiler fitted at short notice. Very efficient and very helpful in reaching decision on which boiler to fit. Turned up exactly when they said they would. Tidy job. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I called to have my boiler serviced, I was told there was more than 4 weeks to wait for an appointment, which I accepted it. The day before the appointment I texted him to ensure someone was coming to service the boiler, but I was told that it wasn't possible because he was going on holiday. I sent a second text asking why he didn't tell me before that he wasn't coming since I booked the appointment a month ago, but he never bother to reply. I find it difficult to believe that someone so unprofessional has so many good reviews, but as far I am concern I will not be using him in the future.

Used these guys based on their good reviews. They undercut most of the other quotes by a staggering amount, and didn't charge any extra despite having to replace faulty existing isolation valve and drain valve. Worcester accredited installer so benefitted from extended guarantee on boiler. Clean and tidy workers, very professional workmanship. Cannot fault them and would recommend to anyone.
