Scammers

Scammers! Disguised themselves as the Uber page. I authorised a £1 payment then was taken to an advert. I then realised the site was a scam and before I could report it they tried taking £59.99, thankfully Santander blocked the payment. Ended up getting new card and money back through Santander's diligence.

Scammers

Scammers, went to park opposite Southampton hospital and was told to use a car park app, as I was in a rush I downloaded the app they suggest on the parking kiosk and somehow went into their website thinking it was parking related.

They took £1 off me but straightaway I realised it was some scam, so I blocked my card and ordered a new one, the next day they tried to withdraw £59.99 but it was declined, luckily I had blocked my card.

These scum need to be investigated for fraud.

Before using Uber, check the T’s &C’s or you’ll get a shock. Huge scam! …

I used the Uber app and pre authorised £1, only to find £59.99 taken 24hrs later.
Bank wouldn’t take it as fraud (obviously I’d authorised the initial £1 on my card) so had to go through the process of contacting the support to get the refund.
It’s a ball ache but they eventually give you the money back, just a very disingenuous way of getting your money, and in my opinion, fraudulent.
The chat support link to complain is bon media, won’t allow links here but google them and you’ll find the chat support.

I wish I could rate a zero.

I wish I could rate a zero.
These people are nothing but scammers happy to take your money and I still don't know how they got my card details.
This company needs shutting down and the people that run it prosecuted.

Scumbag fraudsters

These fraudsters are using 192 service to draw out payments from my account using my debit card details. First they debited my account £2.59 then a day later they tried to debit my account for £59.99 When I looked them up they had set up a subscription demanding regular payments to some some streaming service.
After I'd frozen my account, losing the ability to use my debit card, a second company called joyabi.com did the same but this time charging me £21.36 These are based in Cyprus.
