Poor quality prom dresses from China

I am writing this review to warn anyone considering buying a prom dress from msdress.co.uk. The pictures on the website look fantastic and their terms and conditions talk of satisfaction guaranteed and superb returns policy but when I recieved a really poor copy of the pictured dress and requested a returns note I got a completely different response to the one promised on the website. I was told they didn't accept returns and the flatly refused to discuss my issues. They hide their Chinese credentials by not declaring their registered company address (for which they have been referred to Trading Standards) so you are not protected by European Consumer Rights. Don't 'buy with caution', just DON'T BUY.
