I ordered toothpaste weeks ago. Never got confirmation but the charge is on my account. I’ve been trying to reach someone for two days now. They don’t answer emails or their customer service chat. It’s ridiculous. Make sure you save your order number if you order from them.
So I ordered some products from this company that I truly like, awesome products. Problem is that they sent me a product that I did not ask for in place of the product I ordered and didn't get. I contacted them via the email that was given as there is not a phone number to call at all. I followed the instructions and included my order number, receipt and also included a picture of my order that I received straight out of the box to show that they didn't send me the right product. I ordered (1)SP-6 super probiotic toothpaste, (1) SP-6 Cooling plus toothpaste and (1) 7 pro advanced whitening toothpaste and also (2) Ceelike oral breath sprays. Well, they sent me (2) of the SP-6 super probiotic toothpaste along with everything else I mentioned above perhaps because they didn't have the 7 pro advanced whitening in stock at the time my order was filled. The website did not say that the 7 Pro advanced whitening was out of stock when I placed my order. So, I sent an email on the same day I received my order requesting to start a return on a product I did not want 2 of. However, they have not responded to me and the return instructions say that they will not accept a return if they have not first approved it. This sucks because it keeps me from sending the unopened item I don't want back if they never answer my email. What kind of customer service is this?!? No response at ALL is unacceptable to me. If they didn't have the item I ordered at the time my order was filled a simple email to me would have been great and it would have been fine for me to wait until it WAS in stock then send my order. But that's not what occurred at all. Instead they decided to send me what they wanted instead of communicating the situation to me. I just want the toothpaste that I ordered and paid for that's all! Not happy about this situation at all.
I love how my teeth are so much whiter and is clearing up my gingivitis. Thank you for making this toothpaste.
