bad service, bad support, everything is bad on this site, and the key are not working, and thet don't wanna get back my money
I purchased a office.365 key in April 2023, it allowed access to OneDrive and all office apps online and off. All worked at first, but around November of 2023 I got an error saying my account was not registered and that I would not be able to access any of files online or offline.
I contacted msftkey via Email and had no reply. I found them on FB chat and received intermittent responses in broken English. I did not receive any apologies for the inconvenience, just a new login and password which worked for a week.
After letting them know, I sent my original purchase email and amount paid as requested, however, I never got a reply on that message or a refund.
While this is a cheap option, the risk of loosing valuable information or indeed spending time setting up files and folders of only to be denied access without warning is not really worth it.
The customer service is appalling so be sure to accept the purchase as a write-off and backup to a drive if you are saving things to a cloud.
