After a very smooth initial application and approval
I had to pester and call every offer hour to make any sense of where I was regarding finance even when I was told payment from the Finance company had been made that took longer than would normally be the case.. I lost 4 Days insurance cover because I was told collect the car on a day and 4 days later finally completed...

Super speedy responses from Kelle, and she answered every question (I had lots). The interest rates will be high, but that is completely understandable in the market MSG Cars is working in.
I am now driving my shiny new car!

Can not fault them. Communication was spot on, I really thought it would be impossible to obtain car finance as my credit is poor. But these people really mean it when they say don't let bad credit put you off. If I managed to get it I truly belive most people can. Thank you andy for your 5 star service, highly recommended!
