The company provide an excellent service from start to finish. From arranging the repair to completing the work, they are reliable and complete work to an extremely high standard. I have had various jobs done by the company, tricky work to rectify issues and have peace of mind now knowing things have been fixed properly with care and attention. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had a problem with a shower pump switching on and off even when shower was turned off !
Called MS and Mustapha messaged to say he could call in on way home. He looked at the plumbing installation- checked loft tank, hot cylinder, and all pipework - adapting as required and got the whole system working properly - all in 45 minutes !

I had a permanent leak on a concealed cistern that had only been installed for a relatively short time by another company.
I looked-up these guys from our "Checkatrade" directory and they came out the same day to take a look... The leaking cistern had been installed incorrectly and had been "adapted" to fit, hence the leak! One new cistern later (properly fitted this time, of course) and the permanent leak was a thing of the past! Thanks guys for a prompt and efficient service - well done! Would definitely recommend these guys and will be calling on them again.

Fitted a new boiler quickly and efficiently. Richard is a great bloke, turned up when he said he would and did a great job at reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

We used MS heating and plumbing to install a new boiler. The quality and workmanship has been nothing less than excellent. Excellent standard of work installing a new boiler. The team was very polite, very tidy, and very hard working. They showed great technical knowledge and expertise, and went that extra yard to ensure the job was finished ahead of schedule. All in all top marks to Zeb and the lads.

I have had many houses and as such employed many workmen for various jobs around the house and I can honestly say that Zeb, Phil & Huss have been the best I ever dealt with.

They have done work for my Dad for a few years now and I know that he has always spoken very highly of them and their service so when my boiler was playing up, I asked Zeb to visit and give a quote.

Very knowledgeable, gave the quotation in writing and did not put any pressure on at all to 'close the sale' ... very much the opposite and asked me to get in touch with him should I want to proceed.

Fast forward to today and having the job done ... simply perfect.

No mess afterwards, all of the pipework is excellent, any brickwork is faultless and most of all, I didn't feel like I had strangers in my house ... feel like I've known Zeb a lifetime already.

I will be most certainly using them for my bathroom too as I found out today that they also do high end Bathroom Installations throughout Birmingham, Solihull and the surrounding areas.

Just got to get saving now lol !!!

Excellent craftsmanship, professional friendly service, all work was carried out to a high standard as expected. I was particularly impressed with how they cleaned and tidied their work area before leaving each day, and they laid down plastic sheeting to protect the hallway and floor carpet before starting work.

We've just had a new boiler installed by Zeb, I've never met a tradesmen who actually really goes out his way to make sure that everything is done to a very high standard. I found him to be honest, reliable and very courtious.

The workmanship was very neat and tidy, excellent communication throughout and never took a penny upfront. We had several quotes but Zeb was the best when it came down to customer service, explanation and most of all that gut feeling that he was the one to choose. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
