Im very disappointed ordered my daughter the Breathing Koala with Soothing Music & Lights received it in December, they neck has a hole where there has been no stitching there. Im not happy at all . This helps her to sleep. We got this under NDIS to ... I want a replacement

I ordered months ago. Delivery said it was received. It did not. Sent an email and thought it was all sorted out. They said they reshipped it. Said it was delivered.
Still waiting for refund months later.
Never again will I order on line!
Disgusting customer service. How long does it take to do a refund. Push a button!
