Beautifully made, great value!
I had seen these beautiful mugs on Pinterest and finally decided to track them down and order directly from McLaggan. I am so glad I did! The quality is incredible, the art is charming and clever (I purchased a Shakespeare and an Austen mug). They are so lovely, and a great value.
Ordering online was easy and delivery time was reasonable, especially for an international order.
Only two critiques:
I would have appreciated more communication about the status of the order/shipping;
If you live outside the UK pay attention to size when ordering. "Standard" sizes differ. Unfortunately I now have 2 beautiful mugs that are too small for regular use. But I do love them. Thank you McLaggan

Last minute shopping
Had left buying a birthday present until the last minute.Nevertheless, McLaggan Smith's very prompt & efficient service meant the package still arrived in time for me to give it to my brother-in-law on his birthday. Loved the packaging - kept the mug well protected and was entirely recyclable.
