The sofa is worth the price
The sofa is worth the price. It’s absolutely stunning. They have payment plans at 0% interest that are a plus. I would definitely buy from them again.

"sofa (bed) not designed to be a primary seating"
I bought a sofa 2 years ago and wrote to MSOFA's that the foam deteriorated to the point where it's uncomfortable. They told me that "sofa elements is not designed to be used as a primary seating area"... weird as it is the middle of a sofa bed that based on common sense should support a person lying down or sitting. Anyway challenged their assertion, however won't likely buy anything from them ever again.
This comes on top of the leg supporting the same middle element just snapping off while moving the sofa for cleaning.
The delivery actually was quick and for the first 1.5 years the sofa was my favourite napping place, but the material is definitely needs working on.
Update as of 08/07/2026: MSOFAS has reached out to me after reading my review here and asking me if "I still want to proceed with the independent inspector" to check the deterioration of the foam and the snapped off leg. Talk about passive aggressive hints.

Ordered on a Sunday evening was delivered the following Monday, email updates throughout the process. The stand out was the delivery team, very respectful and polite, cautious of the doorways and hallways. They asked exactly where I wanted the sofa unpacked it and took all the rubbish leaving it tidy. Can’t ask for much more!
