I recently purchased MS Visio Pro 2019 and when I attempted to install it - I was meet with a message that my version of MS Office pro plus 2016 would need to be uninstalled first. The only help they offered was to try and sell me another MS Office version to use after I removed my current version. Very Unsatisfactory Response - NO HELP at all... It wasn't until after I bought the Visio that I found out I can't install it and they refuse to give me a refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - IT IS A RIP OFF...!!!

Fantastic customer experience. I ordered the wrong license. The agent was quickly available, supportive and helped me get the right one. Very impressed.

As far as I can tell, this website is trying to sell unused licenses from corporate PC purchases as legitimate "Microsoft" licenses. They will give you a license key, which may or may not work, depending on if it has already been used or not (in my case, it did not) - and then if it does not work, they will try and tell you that you need a "pro" key, charge you more, then issue you another key - which may or may not work - depending on if it has been used or not (mine did not).
They *will* interact with you and continue to issue you with new keys to try (presumably until they find one that hasn't already been used that works - I gave up before then and purchased a legitimate key from microsoft.com)
More worrying was that after I had "purchased" from them, I started getting monthly credit card charges from "Microsoft*PC" and couldn't work out where they where coming from - I don't know if they were related, but it literally started a week after I stupidly entered my card details into their site, & could not find any reason for the charge - so ended up having to cancel my card, and report them as a scam site to my bank.
Anyway, avoid them like the plague and just use microsoft.com.

I was running Windows 8 and needed to upgrade but nothing was "Compatible" with my PC.
I purchased a digital download of Windows 11 through Microsoft (MS). Low and behold still didn't work.
I contacted MS Office store through an email link in hopes for a refund. This link directed me to the Tech Lounge, a free service, and I'm very grateful.
I started a "chat" with Charles first asking for a refund. Instead of saying too bad or tuff luck Charles took the time asking questions, offering his help, allowing me to send him email photos of my PC's system to detect the problem(s) and keeping in touch through email or the chat during the entire process, Charles was very helpful.
Charles directed me to a site which could be used "Free" for 3 days(I cancelled without a problem) thus allowing him remote access which I was happy to do. From there Charles took over and I was truly impressed watching him remotely do things on my PC, which I'm sure are basic for he and others, but in no way for me!!
Charles, as he said over the chat, was able to install Windows 10 which then allowed me to easily upgrade to Windows 11 without any issues, at no additional cost. The entire process took over an hour and when it was done was lost and Charles was still available via email to ask questions. So, I want to give the Tech Lounge, mainly Charles, a BIG GREATFUL THANK YOU!!!

I am currently in the process of reporting this website to Australian authorities. I have had $153 AUD withdrawn from my account. I messaged a 'representative' from the site to let them know that the site had charged my account and I needed a refund, I even requested their terms and policies to understand who owned this site/ domain etc. The 'representative' I spoke to informed me that they could give me a store credit, though I had not made this transaction. This website is not legitimate, head this warning. Do not use this website. Happy to provide further details of the case I am submitting with Australian authorities. This site fraudulently charges my card and sent me a code when I have no idea as to what this is! I didn't even make the order. Apparently no refund or consideration of accountability, not accepting this.

Purchased a Win 11 Pro license key and it didn't activate correctly at first, but Jason through their chat app got connected remotely and fixed the problem with the key and activation proceeded as expected. Happy with the purchase other than the slight hiccup.

Just had a great experience with Jason. I am a new MacAir user and retiree and had difficulty loading MS Office 2021. Jason walked through all the normal steps and I had trouble with each one. I asked him if he could remote control my desktop and he patiently went through each step so I could follow.

I had an old Windows 7 on my old Dell desk top. I wanted to update to Windows 10. I found this website and decided to purchase the service which promised to do just that. When trying to down load it failed. In contacting support I kept getting the runaround. They kept asking me to do technical things I am not proficient to do~ I am an 80 year old lady and I tried to explain this to support. I took my computer to a local technician shop where he tested it and that determined that the hard drive was dead. I relayed this info to support and asked for a refund since it was not going to be possible to ever down load their product. I was forced to purchase a brand new Dell from Costco, which came with Windows 11. So far it has been great. A refund was not forthcoming, but a store credit. At this time , I do not know what I may ever want to purchase from this company again. Very disappointed that I could not get a refund under the circumstances.
