I absolutely love this app. It has afforded me truth that I've needed to see for 20 plus years. Every time I talk to customer service it is a pleasant experience. I get timely replies to any problems that I may have. They are always there to help and knowledgeable with most issues and if they can't help you then they will point you in the right direction and connect you with someone who can help you better. All in all my experience with mspy has been a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone. I've been a customer for over a year and I've never regretted it. Been well worth the Peace of Mind.

Horrible customer service and waste of money. Spent weeks emailing back and forth and they acted like they would give me a refund and then in the end just said they don’t give refunds at all. Did not work at all for what I needed.

Let's start with the fact that I subscribe to the premium service. They reserve the right to dupe you with constant requests for additional services, for which they reserve the right to "one-click confirm," which I don't have with my bank.
After doing this, the service never worked. I immediately requested a refund, which was denied, except for an extension of the service (which doesn't work).
They sent me to customer service, by appointment, where I found a random employee (not the plus service I had, or at least they forced me to pay), and I'm left at square one. The service doesn't work, customer service doesn't work... it's been two weeks.

Disappointing and frustrating experience from start
Before purchasing the service, I spent a significant amount of time speaking with several of their customer service agents. I clearly explained that I wanted a solution for an iPhone without jailbreaking the device. Multiple representatives assured me that the Ultimate plan would work for my needs. I even asked if there were shorter plans (1-month or 3-month options), but I was repeatedly told that the only option available was the 6-month Ultimate plan.
Based on the information provided by their own representatives, I proceeded with the purchase.
From day one, the service did not work as described. Instead of receiving the features listed under the Ultimate plan, I only had access to very limited information such as contacts and photos, which is nowhere near what was advertised or what I was told by their agents.
I immediately contacted support and requested a refund. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth emails, where I repeatedly explained that I had been misinformed by several agents. I even provided screenshots of the conversations clearly showing the incorrect information I was given. Despite this evidence, they refused to issue a refund.
After weeks of frustration, they finally offered to freeze my account and provide lifetime access to another service as an alternative. Since my money had already been taken and I was getting nowhere with the refund request, I reluctantly accepted the offer just to feel like my money wasn’t completely wasted.
However, the problems didn’t stop there. It has now been several days, and I am still waiting for the credentials to access this new service. The first email was even sent to the wrong email address, and I am still waiting to get the login credentials.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THAT COMPANY!

Hey dingy. Thanks for replying to my review. We'll obviously i reached out to you with concerns and told you the app didnt work. It actually messed up my phone to the point I had to get a new one. You are straight up just a bunch of scam artists. All I asked for was a return of the $218 that was only supposed to be $70 but I will never stop telling people about you. ABSOLUTELY A JOKE COMPANY

Quick and helpful response explained with patience
The website difficult to navigate, the service is overpriced and misleading with available functions and what is accessible via mSpy.
Multiple confusing prompts to encourage higher spending as every feature comes at an extra cost and none of which is clearly specified.
Customer service was very disappointing and I would not recommend mSpy at all!

Scam! No word can replace it. It is like a day light robbery! They are good until you got in to slaughter house. After that, you are just rubbish. Cry for nothing ! I paid significant amount for special deal named extreme. They promised no need to have access to the mobile. After the payment went through(actually two forced payments), they disappeared and after so many attempts, each customer service" on chat bot send me third party links such as scameroo and detectico both work to detect location by clicking the link. Once you requested for a refund , you are an enemy of the state and they start pulling their "legal" jargons!. Simply, they are desperate to make money by hook or crook. I have reported to my bank and I am writing more same reviews everywhere to help others.Stay away.

Leo Land gave me good advices and helped me a lot, taking time for me.
This was purchased by mistake. Immediately upon recognizing that my child had grabbed my phone and was playing with it, I tried to contact the company and get a refund. They refused. I never used their products as I didn't want it. I ended up having to dispute this with my bank.

SCAM!!!!!!! Don’t buy it! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!! I sure as hell will post about this scam everywhere to spread the word. Customer service won’t do shit!!! All they try to do is make you buy additional features! Please don’t buy this app. Nothing works on it. I though geofencing at least worked but it only worked sometimes. This is a completely wast of money and their costumer service is a joke.
Update; Thankfully Apple resolved the issue when Mspy didn't. Still stand by my review though.
